It is possible to manufacture curtain with many transparent sections, completely coloured one or personalized with our Customers' logo.

Flexible Curtain
Main details:
- Fabric made of polyester covered with PVC.
- Flame retardant cl. 2.
- Fabric strength: abt. 3.000 N/5 cm. in warp and weft.
- Tear strength: abt. 400 N in warp and weft.
- Total weight: standard version: 680 gr./sqm. As an option: 900 gr./sqm., 1700 gr./sqm.
- Thickness: standard version: 0,8 mm. As an option: insulated version: 4 mm.
- Wind resistant cross-bars made of zinc-plated steel incorporated into flexible panel.
- Lifting belts made of polyester, flame retardant cl.1.
Standard version: two transparent portholes (at the high of a person and at the high of a forklift truck).
It is possible to put more transparent portholes in the panel or to manufacture a completely stained panel.
Structure
Upper framework and lateral runners: standard version is made of zinc-plated steel. As an option we can propose you a version made of painted steel or of stainless steel INOX 304.
Upper framework and lateral runners thickness: 2 mm.
Rise shaft, reduction gear, rotating cam limit switch and rolling-up shaft are installed on the upper framework. The anti-collision (push) profiles are put into the lateral runners.
Lift Shaft
Lift shaft is made of steel.
Motor
The asynchronous three-phase electric motors of Bonfiglioli - Riduttori Motovario's production range, are available in basic designs IMB5 and IMB14 and derived versions.
Sizes in the range of IEC 63-160 with powers in the field 0.12-15 kW are available (4 pole - 1500 min - 1 - S1).
Our motors are supplied standard with IP 54 protection class (for brake motors) to CEI standards 2-16/IEC 34-5.
They are cooled by external ventilation (IC 411 to CEI 2-7/IEC 34-6) and are equipped with a radial fan in plastic working in both directions.
The motor is suitable for heavy duty (1550 rpm).
The reduction gear is lubricated.
The S factor is:
- 0,37 Kw -> S = 2
- 0,75 Kw -> S = 3
- 1,5 Kw -> S = 1,7
Plastic electric box with electric cables (insulation 450/750V CEI 20-22).

- Electro-magnet containing the toroidal coil, secured with three screws on the rear shield fan side; three preloaded springs ensure axial positioning.
